My philosophy is that you don't need a multi-page website just because that's what everyone else offers. The right website for your business depends on your business, your customers and what you actually need it to do.

For some businesses, a single well-designed page, showcasing your services, contact details and links to your social media, Google Business Profile and other platforms is all that is needed to get found online. For others, a larger website may be more valuable for showcasing multiple services & projects over a wider area.

In line with this philosophy, I won't sell you a website your business doesn't need. I will design a website that fits around what you need today, with the flexibility to grow and develop in line with your business and goals.

You will be involved in each step of the process. I will not move to the next step without your approval.

This depends on your specific needs and budget. I will work with you to determine the best option for your business, and I will not upsell you something you do not need. I will explain the reasoning behind all recommendations I make, but ultimately the decision is yours.

Each website package includes a custom-designed website with responsive layout, SEO setup and on-page optimisation, domain acquisition, hosting and maintenance for the first year.

Your first year of hosting, domain and maintenance is included with your website package. Before the first year ends, I'll explain the available options for keeping your website, domain and maintenance services active, so you can decide what works best for your business.

Yes, you will need to provide the text, images, and other content for your website. I can help you organize and structure this content for the best results. If you are unable to provide certain content, I can assist with creating it, which will be charged accordingly, with all costs being stated upfront.

Yes. If you request this functionality, I can provide access to a content management system (CMS) that allows you to update specific parts of your website yourself. The level of access can be tailored to your needs. For example, a restaurant might be able to update menus, specials and events, while other changes remain managed by me. I can also provide broader CMS access for clients who want to manage more of their website themselves, depending on the platform and how the website is built.

Yes, I work with businesses of all sizes, from startups to established companies. I tailor each project to meet the unique needs and goals of every client.

Of course you can. There are many website builders available that allow you to create a site yourself. They can be a good option if you have the time and want to manage the website yourself. I provide a professional alternative for businesses that would rather have the website designed and maintained for them.

Yes. You will own your domain name and all the content supplied for your website. The exact arrangements for website files, hosting, CMS access and ongoing maintenance will be set out clearly in the contract, so you know what you own and what access you have.

Yes, I can help you redesign your website to better meet your needs and goals. I will work with you to create a fresh look and feel that reflects your brand and engages your audience.

If they are minor changes (updating phone numbers, images, etc.), I can make those for you as part of the monthly maintenance included in the package. If they are major changes, we can discuss the options and costs involved.
